Made to order
Every NM9 Performance piece is printed to order after you buy it. Production usually takes 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before your order ships. Busy seasons and product launches can add a few days.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more (after discounts, before taxes) within the United States.
- Orders under $99: Standard shipping is $8.00.
- Priority shipping is available at checkout for $15.00.
Delivery times
Estimated time in transit after your order ships:
- Standard: 8–15 business days
- Priority: 5–9 business days
Order to doorstep (production + shipping) is usually 10–22 business days, about 2–4 weeks. Each product page shows your estimated ship date and arrival window. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.
Multiple packages
Items in one order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. NM9 Performance is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us, it can be reshipped once the customer pays the shipping cost again.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email support@nm9performance.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
Damaged or misprinted items are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
